Biography
Mr. Robinson served in the United States Navy from 1991 through 1996. He then returned to school and graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Law and Justice. Mr. Robinson obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 2002. He then served as the law clerk to the Honorable John A. Fratto, J.S.C. (Ret.). Mr. Robinson worked with a solo practitioner for a year before joining the Firm in 2004.
Mr. Robinson concentrates his practice in the area of Civil Litigation with a secondary focus on Matrimonial, Criminal and Municipal Law. He provides counseling and representation to clients in a wide variety of disputes involving first and third party coverage analysis and litigation; negligence and bodily injury claims; matters arising out of claims involving fires, collapses, industrial losses, construction events and premises and products liability; Family Law; and Criminal and Municipal matters.
Mr. Robinson's civil practice includes Automobile Accidents, Premises Liability, Defective Products, and Workplace Injuries. His Matrimonial and Family practice includes separation, divorce, mediation, child support, custody, alimony, property division, domestic violence and restraining orders. The Criminal and Municipal practice focuses on Driving While Intoxicated, Traffic and Municipal Ordinance violations as well as Indictable and Non-Indictable offenses.
Mr. Robinson was included in the 2010 New Jersey Rising Stars list, featuring outstanding young lawyers in the state, published by Super Lawyers and Law & Politics Magazine.
