Biography
Mr. Youngblood joined the firm in August 2008. Prior to entering the practice of law, he obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. As such, he has particular expertise in physics, mechanics, mathematics, statistics, manufacturing, and operations research. During his senior year, Mr. Youngblood performed time studies and operation research experiments on the manufacturing lines of both Kraft General Foods and Victoria Vogue, Inc., devising more efficient and cost effective means of production.

As an attorney, Mr. Youngblood has combined his technological background with the intellectual property experience gained through his Federal Clerkship to help both client businesses as well as local municipalities grow through developing and utilizing intellectual property assets. His practice includes the representation of user businesses, technology providers, local municipalities, visual artists, writers, and private organizations in addressing their technology needs, including trademark, copyright, technology licensing, Internet and e-commerce technology matters, Web and technology business ventures, hardware/software agreements, employee and consulting agreements, security issues and privacy policies. Mr. Youngblood also assists in all aspects of litigation support.

Mr. Youngblood was included in the 2010 New Jersey Rising Stars list featuring outstanding young lawyers in the state, published by Super Lawyers and Law & Politics Magazine.
