Biography
A 1970 cum laude graduate of Glassboro State College, Ms. Sampoli holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Education with a minor in Speech and Theater. She pursued a Master's Degree in Public Address - Rhetoric at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, where she was a graduate teaching assistant. Ms. Sampoli taught school for 17 years. While teaching she earned a Master's Degree in Educational Media from Drexel University. She attended Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, also while working full time.

Ms. Sampoli specializes in the defense of all types of personal injury cases representing clients at the request of their insurance carriers, as well as self-insureds, public entities, and privately owned utilities. She was admitted to the Bar in 1986 and certified by the Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney initially in 1994 and has subsequently been re-certified. Ms. Sampoli joined the Firm in 1995 and became a Shareholder in 2000.

Ms. Sampoli is a past president of the Atlantic County Bar Association and co-chair of the Association's Civil Practice Committee. She is also a barrister in the Vincent S. Haneman Inns of Court and lectures for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Sampoli is a Court approved mediator and frequently sits as an arbitrator both for the Court mandated arbitrations and private UM/UIM arbitrations. In 2004, she was recognized as the Professional Lawyer of the year for Atlantic County by the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law and has been included in the New Jersey Super Lawyers list, published by Law & Politics Magazine in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
